David is a lifelong resident of Montgomery, Alabama. In addition, David provides pro bono legal services to Lighthouse Counseling Center and provides legal services by appointments from the Probate Court in commitment proceedings. David is married to the former Nancy Ward. They have two children and two grandchildren and they are longtime members of the First United Methodist Church.
